To place an order simply click on the Add to Cart or Buy Now button to add the chosen item to your shopping cart. Before you complete the checkout process you will have the opportunity to review your purchases, and amend where necessary.

When you complete the checkout process you are agreeing to a contract. Payment is processed at the time of placing the order.

You will enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item from Pagan Magic. You are responsible for reading the item description, including our Terms and Conditions - which include our Privacy Notice and Shipping/Returns policy. All items remains the property of Pagan Magic until paid for in full. From time to time orders through our site may be delayed or may not be fulfilled. Pagan Magic shall in no way be consequentially liable to you for cancelled, terminated, or otherwise unfulfilled orders.

All prices are shown in GBP, USD and EUR.
All goods are sold subject to availability.
Both price and availability information is subject to change without notice, hence any subsequent purchases of the same product cannot be guaranteed at the same price. If an item is out of stock we may send a substitute item, if upon receipt you are unhappy with the substitute item then please return it within 14 days for a full refund. Whilst we take the utmost care to ensure the product descriptions, pictures, information and prices are accurate we do not accept liability for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions.

Payment methods

All orders must be paid for by Credit/Debit Card, Cheque/Postal Order or BACS.
Unfortunately, we do not accept payment by cheque or postal order for international orders, and you cannot pay in instalments.
Prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£), US Dollars ($) and Euros (€) - prices for USD and EUR are guidelines only - transactions for orders outside the UK will be converted by the card company at their current exchange rates.
If you choose to pay by Debit/Credit card the transaction will appear on your statement as NOCHEX.

If paying by Cheque/Postal Order please make payable to D Gribble.

Shipping

In order to keep our postage costs low we group your items into as few deliveries as possible, however if you need an item for a special occasion then please let us know.

Large items may be despatched by courier, in which case a tracking number shall be provided. If the courier cannot deliver they will leave a contact card, and attempt to re-deliver. If the parcel is returned to use by the courier, the customer will be responsible for arranging the delivery, at their own expense.

Items are generally despatched within 2-7 working days of payment being accepted, however please allow up to 30 days for delivery. If you require an item urgently or for a special occasion, please contact us before placing your order to check availability. Some hand-made items may have a longer lead time, please refer to the item details for more information.

We will notify you by e-mail upon the despatch of your order.
If you do not receive your order after 7 working days from the date of despatch please contact us. International Orders may take longer to be delivered.

In order to give you a comprehensive service, we offer a number of Delivery options:
UK Delivery Options include Standard (2nd Class), 1st Class Post, 1st Class Recorded and Courier.
Europe and International Delivery Options include Air/Surface Mail, Airsure and Courier.
Please note that the shipping options will not affect the order processing time.

At the checkout you will be able to view the prices for each delivery service and select the one which suits your needs.

We make every effort to prevent postal damage, we take care to package our products carefully and all goods are handed over to our postal service provider in good condition, however, sometimes orders are damaged or lost during transit.
If your order has been lost, damaged or delayed in transit please let us know as soon as possible so that we can re-send your order.

We will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order. It is important that this address is accurate. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered. We will aim to deliver the goods by the date quoted, but delivery times are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, the delivery date will be extended by a reasonable period and we will contact you to arrange an alternative time.

Pagan Magic offers a 14 day no fuss returns policy. This means that you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of us delivering it. We won’t charge you to return it to us and we will refund you for the product and any and all delivery charges you have incurred in full. Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date of the cancellation notice. You must inform us in writing of your intention to cancel. Please use our Contact Form to notify us of a cancellation.

We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:

Liability

If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 30 days of the date on which you ordered them, we will have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing at our contact address of the problem within 60 days of the date on which you ordered the goods (unless this is not reasonably practicable).

If you notify a problem to us under this condition, our only obligation will be, at your option:

You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase goods from our site. The importation or exportation of certain of our goods to you may be prohibited by certain national laws. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the goods you purchase. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.

Returns

If you wish to return an item please use our Contact Form to notify us with the following information:

We will then issue a Returns Authorisation and instructions.
Goods should not be returned until you receive this authorisation.
Unauthorised returns may be refused and will not be refunded or replaced.
For reasons of health and hygiene body jewellery, earrings or cosmetics cannot be returned for any reason other than manufacturing fault. Herbs and Resins cannot be returned unless they have been damaged in transit. You cannot return personalised items. All items must be returned unused/unworn in their original packaging.

A Freepost Label will be provided for all UK returns. Freepost returns are unfortunately not available if you are returning an item from outside the UK and all returns postage will be at your expense.
We will email you to confirm receipt of the return, refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date of the cancellation notice.

Exchanges

In the event of an exchange the customer will incur any shipping costs for returning items to be exchanged. Exchanged items can only be despatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check. Please return the items you wish to exchange with details of the item(s) you would like instead, within 14 days of receipt.

Store Credit

If you choose to receive Store Credit instead of a refund, we will add 10% of the value of your order to the total credited. Store credit will be issued in the form of a coupon code unique to you, sent to you via email. To redeem, simply enter the store credit coupon code in the coupon code field during checkout. It will automatically take your store credit amount off your purchase. If your purchase is less than your store credit amount, within 24 hours, we will issue you a new unique store credit coupon code for the remainder of your store credit with us.

Customer Loyalty Scheme

If you spend over £50 in a month (31 days) you will receive a 5% discount off your next order. 7.5% if you spend over £100 and 10% if you spend over £200. The discount does not apply to Shipping fees.

Complaints

Like everybody else, we do sometimes make mistakes. If we do end up getting something wrong with your order, for example, delivering wrong item(s), please let us know and we will be more than happy to get it sorted out. We always take complaints seriously and are ready to respond to all of them - we value feedback and learn from what our customers tell us.
