Prices, description and availability of goods
All prices are shown in GBP (Pounds Sterling).All goods are sold subject to availability.
Both price and availability information is subject to change without notice, hence any subsequent purchases of the same product cannot be guaranteed at the same price.
If an item is out of stock we may send a substitute item, if upon receipt you are unhappy with the substitute item then please return it within 7 days for a full refund.
Whilst we take the utmost care to ensure the product descriptions, pictures, information and prices are accurate we do not accept liability for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions.
To place an order simply click on the Add to Cart or Buy Now button to add the chosen item to your shopping cart. Before you complete the checkout process you will have the opportunity to review your purchases, and amend where necessary.
When you complete the checkout process you are agreeing to a contract. Payment is processed at the time of placing the order.
You will enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item from Pagan Magic. You are responsible for reading the item description, including our Terms and Conditions - which include our Privacy Notice and Shipping/Returns policy.

Payment methods
All orders must be paid for by Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Western Union or Cheque/Postal Order.
Unfortunately, we do not accept payment by cheque or postal order for international orders, and you cannot pay in instalments.
All prices are in Pounds Sterling (£) and credit / debit card transactions for orders outside the UK will be converted by the card company at their current exchange rates.
For orders under £5.00 a 50p surcharge will be added to cover administration fees. Credit/Debit card transactions will appear as SPIKEYS on your statement, if you choose to pay via PayPal then SPIKEYS will appear on your statement.
Please note that if a payment should fail e.g. Chargeback or Uncleared cheque, the buyer will be responsible for reimbursing any administration costs incurred by Pagan Magic.
Shipping
In order to keep our postage costs low we group your items into as few deliveries as possible, however if you need an item for a special occassion then please let us know. All goods are despatched by 2nd class post for UK orders, and Air Mail for International Orders. Large international orders may be sent by Surface Mail.
Large items and may be depatched by courier, in which case a tracking number shall be provided. If the courier cannot deliver they will leave a contact card, and attempt to re-deliver. If the parcel is returned to use by the courier, the customer will be responsible for arranging the delivery, at their own expense.
Items are generally despatched within 14 working days of payment being accepted, however please allow up to 30 days for delivery.
We will notify you by e-mail upon the despatch of your order.
If you do not receive your order after 7 working days from the date of despatch please contact us.
International Orders may take longer to be delivered.

Pagan Magic makes every effort to prevent postal damage, we take care to package our products carefully and all goods are handed over to our postal service provider in good condition, however, sometimes orders are damaged or lost during transit.
If your order has been lost, damaged or delayed in transit please let us know as soon as possible so that we can re-send your order.
Cancellation
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website and claim a full refund - this includes our postage charges. Cancellation must be made within 7 working days from receipt of goods and starting the day after your goods are received. You must inform us in writing of your intention to cancel. Refunds will be processed within 30 days from the date of the cancellation notice.
Returns
All items must be returned unused/unworn in their original packaging.
You cannot return personalised items.
You are responsible for all costs relating to the return of any item.
We recommend you use an insured method of posting such as recorded delivery, we are not responsible for returns parcels which are lost or damaged in the post.
We will email you to confirm receipt of the parcel, refunds will be processed within 30 days from the date of the cancellation notice.

For reasons of health and hygiene any body jewellery or cosmetics that have been unwrapped will be deemed as used and cannot be returned for any reason other than manufacturing fault.
Exchanges
In the event of an exchange the customer will incur any shipping costs for returning items to be exchanged. Exchanged items can only be despatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check. Please return the items you wish to exchange with details of the item(s) you would like instead, within 7 days of receipt.
Store Credit
Store credit will be issued in the form of a coupon code unique to you, sent to you via email. To redeem, simply enter the store credit coupon code in the coupon code field during checkout. It will automatically take your store credit amount off your purchase. If your purchase is less than your store credit amount, within 24 hours, we will issue you a new unique store credit coupon code for the remainder of your store credit with us.
Customer Loyalty Scheme
If you spend over £50 in a month (31 days) you will receive a 5% discount off your next order. 7.5% if you spend over £100 and 10% if you spend over £200. The discount does not apply to Shipping fees.
