We take security very seriously. This web site is protected by a 128 SSL certificate. This means that your personal details are encrypted and will remain confidential.

What does my Order Status mean ?
We always try to offer the best service possible. To find out what is happening to your order, simply log in to your account and view your order status.
Pending - Orders are accepted once payment has been received. When an order is showing as pending, the payment has yet to be taken.
Processing - Payment has been received and the order is being prepared. Orders are usually despatched within 2-7 days. However, we do not use a warehouse and for certain items we may need to await stock arriving from overseas suppliers.
Packing - We are preparing these items for despatch. At this stage, your order cannot be cancelled or changed but if you are resident in the UK, we do offer free returns.
Despatched - Your order has been posted. If it has not arrived within the delivery guidelines given by Royal Mail (for UK customers), please contact your local sorting office. If they are unable to help, please contact us.
Partial-Despatch - Your order has been sent, but some items are not yet in stock and there may be a delay.

What are your delivery times?
In most instances, orders will be despatched within 2-7 days following payment. However, as we specifically source some items from around the world, there may be a delay of up to 30 days. We will try at all costs not to disappoint, so if you need an item urgently, please contact us before ordering, to ensure we have it in stock.

What are your Shipping Fees?
We offer a variety of shipping services for both UK and International customers.
To receive a copy of our current shipping charges, please send a blank email to post@pagan-magic.co.uk
The majority of our orders are shipped by Royal Mail. For more information on Royal Mail’s delivery service, please visit www.royalmail.com
We also offer delivery by courier - for UK deliveries we use MyHermes; a simple and convenient 3-5 day door-to-door delivery service. Larger orders and international orders are handled by Interparcel.
Please note that shipping options do not affect processing times, only delivery.

I've received the Despatch Notification but haven't had my parcel?
In the unlikely event that you do not receive your parcel, please check the Royal Mail website for more information on delivery times. If that time has expired, please contact your local sorting office and your neighbours to see if they have any undelivered mail for you.
If the sorting office is unable to assist, then please contact us.

How do I cancel my order?
You have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website if made within 1-14 working days after you receive your items. Please inform us of your intention to cancel by using our Contact Form, giving the reason if possible. Cancellations made outside of this time period will not be accepted. Please review our Terms for full instructions (approved by IMRG).
Remember too that as part of our aim to provide an excellent service, we offer free returns to our UK customers, and a 14 day cooling off period.

I'm having problems with the Shopping Cart
Grrrr. As with any website, problems can occasionally occur. If you're experiencing problems with our website that have not been encountered before, it's likely that you have a corrupted cookie. The easiest way to clear cookies is to remove them from the PC rather than the browser.
Follow these simple steps to clear your cookies:
1. Open your Internet Explorer browser by clicking on the blue 'e'
2. Click 'Tools' located at the top of the browser and select 'Internet Options'
3. Click 'Delete Cookies'
4. Click 'OK' and 'OK' again
These steps should work for most Browser types.
To clear cookies for Macintosh using Internet Explorer, follow the steps below:
1. Click 'Explorer' or 'Edit' at the top of the screen
2. Select 'Preferences'
3. Under Web Browser preferences find 'ADVANCED' and click on it
4. Click 'Empty Now' on the right
5. Click 'OK'

How Do I Qualify for a Free Gift?
It’s simple – just spend over £25 on one order (excluding postage costs) and we’ll send you your free gift.

VAT and International Orders
VAT at the rate of 20% is included in the price of all taxable goods (books and children's clothes are exempt). VAT is chargeable on all UK and EU orders. It does not apply to international orders. Any international orders will be reduced by 20% at the checkout (postage excluded).

Pagan Magic is not an enormous commercial venture but a small family run business with the emphasis on personal service, so we are unfortunately not able to offer telephone support. All enquiries will be answered by e-mail within 24 hours Mon-Fri. We also provide a Secure Contact Form to make it easy for you to get in touch with us.
