Prize Description: All prizes come from Pagan Magic stock items, and a new prize is displayed each competition.
The Prize Draw promotion is sponsored by, Pagan Magic.
1. One winner of Pagan Magic will be selected by random, drawn from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Void where prohibited.
2. There is NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to enter the Pagan-Magic.co.uk Contests. To enter individuals must be registered members of Pagan-Magic.co.uk . Registration to Pagan-Magic.co.uk is free and requires that users submit some basic registration information, including name, street address, email address, and date of birth. You agree to receive special offers and marketing emails from Pagan-Magic.co.uk. After confirming your Pagan-Magic.co.uk member registration, you may, at any time, opt-out of receiving emails by visiting www.Pagan-Magic.co.uk , logging in and clicking Update your details, where you can change your contact preferences.
3. Employees, officers and directors of Pagan Magic, their respective related companies and agents, as well as the immediate family (defined as parents, spouse, children, siblings and grandparents) and household members of each such employee, officer and director are not eligible to enter. By participating, entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.

5. At the end of each competition date, Pagan Magic will randomly select one (1) winner from among all entrants. Entrant selected must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. The potential winner will be notified by email within seven (7) days, and the potential winner must respond within seven (7) days or Pagan Magic will randomly draw a new winner.
6. The Prize has a retail value of the posted value as shown. All prizes come from Pagan Magic stock, and a new prize is displayed each competition. No substitution, assignment or transfer of prize permitted. Winner is solely responsible for any and all applicable fees and taxes associated with prize receipt and use.
7. Except where prohibited, participation in the Prize Draw Contest constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor's use of winner's name, opinions, hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
8. Return of any prize or prize notification as "undeliverable" will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. Ineligible entrants may be disqualified at any time at the sole discretion of Pagan-Magic.co.uk.
9. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Contest, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage Sponsor's Web site or undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserve's the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Pagan-Magic.co.uk expressly disclaims any responsibility and each participant hereby agrees to release and to hold Pagan-Magic.co.uk (and its respective employees, officers, directors, shareholders, parent companies, agents, marketing partners and affiliates) harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the prize or resulting from the delivery, acceptance and/or subsequent use or misuse of any prize awarded, including without limitation, personal injury, death and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy.
Pagan-Magic.co.uk and its parents, subsidiaries, franchisees, participating vendors, distributors, marketing partners and affiliated entities are not responsible for: i. any condition caused by events beyond the control of Pagan-Magic.co.uk that may cause an Pagan-Magic.co.uk Contest to be disrupted or corrupted; ii. any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by a prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize, or from participation in any Pagan-Magic.co.uk Contest; or iii. any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with any Pagan-Magic.co.uk Contest. Any entry that fails to provide all required information will be disqualified.
Pagan-Magic.co.uk is not responsible for and shall not be liable for: i. late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries; ii. telephone, electronic, hardware, or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, delays or difficulties; iii. errors in transmission; or iv. prize deliveries attempted but not received.
11. For a copy of the Official Rules or, upon completion of an Pagan-Magic.co.uk Contest, the Winner's List, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the following address within one (1) calendar year of the end date of the particular Pagan-Magic.co.uk Contest (Please specify "Official Rules" or "Winner's List"):
